Will power alone will not help you stop smoking as it is a deep routed habit and is linked to certain life situations and activities.
You therefore now have no conscious control over your smoking and this is why hypnotherapy is so effective in aiding you to stop.
The use of hypnosis simply allows your subconscious mind to be more receptive to suggestion, and it is this subconscious part of the mind that controls your smoking habit. As long as you want to give up there should be no reason why the stop smoking treatment will not work for you.
My stop smoking treatment works in just one session, in that time you will receive a full consultation regarding your smoking habits I will then proceed to assist you with treatment tailor made to you. Usually people who come for this treatment are free of their smoking habit at the end of this session.
However a small number of people may need follow up treatment and this is offered free of charge for 2 weeks after initial treatment. This treatment includes literature to take away and a stop smoking CD to reinforce the session and aid relaxation.
Prices.
£120.00 for session including 2 weeks after treatment.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is needed for rescheduling/cancellation/non attendance of an appointment, otherwise the full fee will be charged.

Many people, particularly women, struggle with their weight for years, successfully losing weight through dieting, only to put it on again within a few months. Some find it difficult to maintain their weight at a healthy level most weight problems can usually be solved through a combination of eating more healthily and being more physically active in our day to day lives. Most people, who want to lose weight, are aware of the changes they need to make to achieve their goal but experience real difficulty in making those changes "stick". This is because the root cause of the problem, the reason for overeating, is not taken into account. So often we eat to relieve boredom, through habit, or without even thinking about it.
Hypnosis can be a powerful tool helping you make the necessary changes at an unconscious level so that you can achieve your weight goals. Hypnosis provides motivation for reaching your desired body image, therefore enabling you to stick with your behavioral changes until they become a natural part of your life.
Prices.
Typically 4-6 sessions and this can be done via 1-1 sessions or on a group basis.

Phobias
Phobias and irrational fears can have a devastating impact on the lives of those who suffer them.
Being afraid of animals, insects, things we eat, confined spaces may seem a rather unusual affliction, but phobias are very common, with up to 16 million Britons thought to suffer from irrational fears and it can be extremely difficult for sufferers to function socially.
Being exposed to your fear can result in panic attacks, resulting in rapid breathing, chest pains, pins and needles and extreme anxiety.
As phobias are either triggered to specific events from our past, or are learnt from the behaviours of others, we can revisit the specific times and remove the irrational fears at the root cause. To find and remove the root cause we need to tap into the unconscious mind using various types of techniques.

Social Anxiety / Confidence
A Social anxiety/phobia is a condition where a person is afraid of being put 'on the spot'.
